Arrived Foix. It has a big castle with hundreds of visitors by the looks of it. According to Wikipedia Château de Foix has been besieged many times but only taken once – and that by treachery!
Currently having a light lunch in town.
The railway line/bike path was fun. A lot of gravel but also a lot of shade and very scenic!
