Another one ticked off the bucket list 🤩

I thought the Galibier valley was special but this was next level. The climb was pretty straight forward until the famous bit which was too much for me. Maybe if I’d done it without having ridden for 5 days previous, I could have done it, but I doubt it.

I’m deliriously happy to have made it and slightly feel in should quit whilst I’m ahead and haven’t fallen off.

The only downer is that there is a persistent click on the drivetrain just as the left pedal engages. That and the wild readings from my head unit (it had me staring today at 12,200m – 3km about Everest). I may seek out a bike shop this afternoon.
